Please Carefully Review Your Final Print-Ready PDF Before Use
Once you approve a design, you take full responsibility for its content. To avoid mistakes, use the checklist below before approving your final proof for printing or digital publication.
🔍 Key Areas to Check
-
Spelling and Grammar
Review all text carefully for spelling, punctuation, and grammar. This includes headlines, body text, phone numbers, email addresses, dates, and times. -
Content Accuracy
Make sure all necessary information is present, correct, and up to date. -
Images and Logos
Zoom in to 400% on a desktop computer (or 100% for large-scale designs like banners) to ensure logos and images appear sharp and not pixelated. If any element appears blurry or distorted, please provide a higher-resolution file before approval. -
Crop Marks and Layout
Check that all text and design elements are correctly positioned within the crop marks. These lines guide the printer on where to cut, so content too close to the edge may be trimmed.
📝 Final Approval
It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve the final print-ready PDF. Approval is considered given when any of the following occurs:
-
You confirm approval by email.
-
You use the design (e.g., send it to a printer or publish it online).
-
You do not request changes within 48 working hours after receiving the final PDF.
The final approved version is the last PDF sent by email. Any earlier drafts or proofs are not considered approved versions.
⚠️ Important Notes
-
The designer will make as many revisions as needed until you are satisfied. However, please ensure that every version, especially the final one, is checked thoroughly.
-
Even if previous proofs were reviewed, the last PDF file is the only version that will be considered approved.
-
Changes must be requested before approval. Any revisions requested after approval may incur additional charges.
-
Once a design is approved, any printing or production errors are the client’s responsibility.
If you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch before approving the design. We’re here to help ensure your final product is exactly what you need.
